Das sind deine Aufgaben: Du unterstützt organisatorisch und fachlich die Leitung unseres Fachbereichs Gesundheitswesen & Sozialwirtschaft.Du betreust und bist Teil des bundesweit tätigen Beratungsteams für Non-Profit-Organisationen in verschiedensten Branchen und Einrichtungen im Gesundheitswesen.Du berätst deine Kundinnen und Kunden umfassend in der laufenden Steuerberatung sowie zu Umstrukturierungen, steuerlichen Außenprüfungen und sonstigen Diskussionspunkten mit der Finanzverwaltung.Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit dem Team im Bereich Tax & Legal deines Offices / deiner Region und hast somit auch Berührungspunkte zu mittelständisch geprägten, nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen sowie öffentlichen Unternehmen.Mit deiner Expertise und Empathie bist du Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für deine Kundinnen und Kunden sowie für deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen in allen steuerlichen Fragestellungen.Du übernimmst die Führung deines Teams und bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
